LKN worked closely with the venues’ team to create an exciting premium Asian fusion menu designed specifically for their iconic central London rooftop bars. We collaborated with some of London’s trendiest rooftop venues to develop a premium Asian fusion concept that enhanced their food offering while creating a memorable dining experience for guests. Recognizing the growing demand for upscale, Instagram-worthy rooftop dining that provides both substance and style, we crafted a menu focused on high-quality ingredients, vibrant presentation, and kitchen efficiency. The goal was to design a menu that could cater to high-volume occasions without sacrificing quality or speed, appealing to both casual diners and food enthusiasts.

 

The rooftop dining experience was visually striking and indulgent, featuring signature dishes like Seared Wagyu steak and fusion-inspired small plates such as Korean fried chicken bites. These dishes perfectly complemented the upscale ambiance of these rooftop venues. The menu incorporated fresh, high-quality ingredients to deliver consistently exceptional dining experiences, ensuring that customers returned for the bold, exciting flavours. LKN also ensured that the concept could be easily executed in the fast-paced environment of a rooftop kitchen by focusing on dishes that required minimal preparation and offered high profit margins.

 

Over an eight-week period, LKN worked closely with the kitchen staff to train them on new cooking techniques and optimise kitchen workflows to handle the increased volume of orders. By combining efficient kitchen operations with exciting food concepts, we delivered not just a premium dining experience but also significant business results. The concept achieved a 100% sales uplift within two months, dramatically improving the venues’ gross profits and increasing customer satisfaction and engagement. The introduction of standout offerings helped maintain high customer engagement, driving footfall even during non-peak times.

 

In addition to boosting revenue, the partnership also enhanced the venues’ social media presence. Diners frequently shared posts of the visually appealing dishes on platforms like Instagram, creating organic user-generated content that further increased awareness and attracted more visitors.
