Organiser

The Lava Wing Challenge (“Challenge”) is operated by Lean Kitchen Network (“Organiser”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating, each participant (“you”, “participant”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

The Challenge is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Reside in a region where participation in social-media contests is legally permitted.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Hot Chick Chicken are not eligible to win prizes, though they may participate for fun.

Challenge Requirements

To complete the Challenge, participants must:

• Consume 3 Lava Wings containing 800,000+ Scoville heat level.
• Successfully recite five (5) consecutive times, clearly and audibly:
  “Lava licked my lips, but I never lost the lip.”
• Record the attempt in a video.
• Post the video publicly on TikTok.
• Tag @HotChickChicken and include the hashtag #LavaWingChallenge in the video caption.

Only submissions meeting all above requirements will be considered valid entries.

Health & Safety Notice

The Lava Wing Challenge involves extremely spicy food. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

By entering, you acknowledge that extremely spicy foods can cause discomfort, allergic reactions, and other adverse health effects.

If you have medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities to spicy food, you should not participate.

The Organiser is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse reactions resulting from participation.

Content Requirements

Your TikTok video submission must:

• Be your original content.
• Not contain hate speech, violence (beyond typical spice-reaction humor), illegal acts, or other prohibited content under TikTok’s policies.

By participating, you grant Hot Chick Chicken a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share, or feature your submission on its social media, website, and promotional materials.

Prize Information

All valid submissions will be entered into a random drawing for:

• A chance to win tickets to Wing Fest ’26.
• Hall of Flame recognition (social-media feature or in-store display at Organiser’s discretion).

Prize details may vary, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

Winner Selection & Notification (Amended)

A total of five (5) winners will be selected.

• Winners will be chosen based on online engagement metrics, which may include (but are not limited to) likes, comments, shares, views, and overall interaction with the participant’s TikTok submission.
• The Organiser retains sole discretion in evaluating engagement and determining winners.

All submissions must remain public on TikTok for the duration of the evaluation period.

Winners will be contacted ONLY through the official Hot Chick Chicken TikTok account (@HotChickChicken).

The Organiser will never contact participants through any other platform, alternate account, or third-party service.

Each winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of another winner.

The Organiser is not responsible for:

• Missed messages
• TikTok privacy settings preventing communication
• Fake or impersonator accounts attempting contact

Participants should verify that all communication originates from @HotChickChicken.

Contest Period

The Challenge begins on 18th November 2025 and ends on 31st March 2026, unless extended or terminated early by the Organiser.

Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false information
• Fails to meet eligibility requirements
• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Posts inappropriate, offensive, or non-compliant content

Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree that Hot Chick Chicken is not responsible for:

• Any health issues resulting from consumption of spicy food
• Technical issues related to TikTok
• Lost, delayed, or improperly tagged entries
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of submissions
• Participants assume all responsibility for their own safety and well-being.

Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for winner communication and Challenge administration. It will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Rights to Modify or Cancel

Hot Chick Chicken may modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.

Agreement

Participation in the Lava Wing Challenge constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
